Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
Beyond Power’s Adaptive Rack Mount is a through-hole rack attachment for mounting the VOLTRA I portable cable machine to any standard weight rack. It’s the middle option in Beyond Power’s AnyMount series — between the cheaper Fixed Rack Mount and the pricier Sliding Rack Mount — trading vertical-slide adjustment for a reversible pin that fits both 5/8” and 1” rack holes on any upright with tubing up to 4”, and no side holes required.
A dual-trigger release (press one trigger, pull the other) unlocks it for repositioning, and a thread-locknut mechanism cinches down for a rigid, zero-play hold once installed — no tools needed day-to-day. Soft plastic pads at the contact points protect the rack’s finish, and an updated matte plastic housing resists fingerprints and smudges.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

Beyond Power’s Adaptive Rack Mount is the middle option in the VOLTRA I’s AnyMount lineup — a reversible-pin, dual-trigger through-hole mount that fits both 5/8” and 1” rack holes on any upright with no tools. Independent testers are split on it: Garage Gym Reviews and Shredded Dad found it holds firm (“doesn’t budge at all”) and prefer its trigger-release adjustment to the fixed and sliding alternatives, while Gray Matter Lifting and Mind Muscle Perfection singled it out as the one mount in their rotation that got clunky or outright failed — the latter reports the locking nut loosening during testing and now recommends skipping it entirely. Functionality and versatility (any-orientation mounting on any standard rack, no dedicated tubing size needed) are the standouts; durability is the weak point, with one long-term tester’s reliability complaint not corroborated elsewhere but impossible to wave away.
