An air bike (or “fan bike”) uses a large front fan for resistance: the harder you pedal and push the moving handles, the more air the fan has to move, so resistance scales infinitely with effort. There are no settings to change — you simply work harder. Because arms and legs drive at once, air bikes deliver full-body, low-impact conditioning that is a staple of CrossFit and HYROX training.
