Band Handle

The Rogue Band Handle is designed to work with any Rogue Monster Band or equivalent elastic resistance bands, helping athletes maximize the benefits of their day-to-day band work. Available as a single or pair, each 1.25” diameter handle utilizes a torsion spring with a snap closure, enabling the two halves of the handle to automatically close safely over a loaded band. By keeping the band secure and centered, this specialized handle prevents side torque and improves the user’s ergonomic comfort during both pulling and pushing exercises.
