The Rogue Bench & Rower Hanger is a wall-mounted storage bracket for getting a flat utility bench off the floor. It’s a laser-cut 11-gauge steel bracket, made in Columbus, Ohio, with a black powder coat finish and a laser-cut Rogue logo, and it’s built specifically around the Rogue Flat Utility Bench (versions 1.0 and 2.0) and the Rogue Bolt-Together Utility Bench – it does not fit adjustable or Monster-series benches. It mounts to the wall with holes spaced 16” on center for standard stud spacing, and multiple hangers can be mounted offset vertically to save wall space when storing more than one bench. Mounting hardware isn’t included; Rogue recommends 0.375” bolts.

What is a Storage?

What gym storage is

Storage keeps a home gym safe, tidy, and usable: weight-plate trees and pegs, barbell holders (vertical or horizontal), dumbbell and kettlebell shelves, and wall or rack-mounted organizers. Loose plates and bars on the floor are a trip-and-damage hazard; storage reclaims space and protects your equipment.

What to consider

Match storage to what you own (plate diameter, number of bars, dumbbell count) and your space — wall-mounted units and rack-hung storage save floor area, while free-standing trees move easily. Check the weight capacity and, for wall units, that you can anchor into studs.

A no-frills wall bracket for getting a Rogue flat bench off the floor, and GymRadar’s small owner sample backs it up: a 4.40/5 average across five reviews, with build quality the standout at 4.60 for its laser-cut 11-gauge steel and powder coat. Versatility comes through in owner reports of hanging bands, straps, and other gear off it beyond the bench it’s sold for. Its weak spot is fit – it only works with the Rogue Flat Utility Bench (1.0/2.0) and Bolt-Together Utility Bench, not adjustable or Monster benches, and mounting hardware isn’t included. With no independent editorial or video coverage and only five owner reviews, treat the positive signal as real but thin.

  • +Build quality: laser-cut 11-gauge steel bracket with a black powder coat finish holds up well by owner accounts (GymRadar)
  • +Functionality: reliably gets a flat bench off the floor and frees up wall/floor space, including offset-mounting multiple units to save space (Rogue Fitness product page)
  • +Versatility: owners use it for more than the bench it's sold for -- hanging bands, straps, and other loose gear (GymRadar)
  • +Value: made-in-USA steel bracket at a modest price point relative to other wall storage (GymRadar, Value 4.20/5)
  • Functionality: compatible only with the Rogue Flat Utility Bench (1.0/2.0) and Bolt-Together Utility Bench -- will not fit Adjustable or Monster benches (Rogue Fitness product page)
  • Value: mounting hardware is not included, so installation needs a separate trip for 0.375" bolts (Rogue Fitness product page)
  • Durability: no independent long-term wear data -- the only signal is five GymRadar owner reviews, not a track record (GymRadar)
  • Functionality: one owner noted installation would be easier with a built-in level check (GymRadar)
