The Body-Solid Roman Chair specializes in developing the lower back, and also target the gluteal muscles, hamstrings and abdominals. The Roman Chair is made from heavy-gauge steel, with thick, double-stitched DuraFirm pads and oversize 8" foam rollers that adjust vertically and horizontally to fit all users.
