Circle Hip Band

Add REP’s Circle Hip Bands to your workout to help you warm up, strengthen muscles, add resistance to lifts, and improve mobility and recovery. These bands are available in three different resistance options and are color coded and labeled for easy identification. Light resistance is red, medium is black, and blue is heavy. The bands are lightweight and portable, yet they’re durable, made from a high-quality, thick, stretchy, polyester fabric.
