Buy NowThe Rogue Deadlift Bar Jack is a fully-welded, 2x2” 11-gauge steel jack built to take the strain out of loading and unloading heavy barbells for deadlifts and other floor-based lifts. You prop it under the bar, pull the 34” handle back to elevate both sides at once, and slide plates on or off as if the bar were racked – no bending, and no waiting your turn with a single-sided jack or dead wedge. A 1/4” formed steel cup lined with UHMW plastic on all contact points keeps the bar’s knurling and finish from getting chewed up. It’s assembled in Rogue’s Columbus, Ohio facility and ships requiring minor assembly.

This is the catch-all for the conditioning tools and accessories that don’t fit a single equipment class — weighted vests and plate carriers, medicine and slam balls, plyo boxes, ab mats, and the odds and ends that round out a garage gym. Items land here because their job (loaded carries, jumps, core work) cuts across the categories rather than sitting neatly inside one.
Anyone filling in the gaps around the big pieces. If you already have a rack, bar, and plates, this is where you find the vest for rucking and weighted push-ups, the ball for slams and wall throws, or the box for step-ups and box jumps. Match the tool to the training you actually do — a plate carrier for conditioning and rucking, plyo boxes for explosive work — rather than buying the whole shelf.

The Rogue Deadlift Bar Jack is a fully-welded 2x2” 11-gauge steel jack that props up both ends of a loaded barbell at once, letting lifters load and unload plates without bending or wasting energy between sets – functionality reviewers repeatedly call transformative (“I wish I’d bought one of these 10 years ago,” per Fit at Midlife). Build quality stands out in a side-by-side teardown against a Titan Fitness competitor: reviewers note Rogue’s powder-coat finish and tighter-fitting end caps, and it held a barbell loaded to 800 lb with no functional issues. The weakest dimension is value – at $195 it costs roughly double a comparable Titan Fitness jack that one reviewer found nearly identical in real-world use, and it’s a single-function tool that, unlike Rogue’s own wheeled HD Bar Jack, can’t move a loaded bar once it’s elevated.
