The DT Tempering Roller is Rogue’s collaboration with powerlifting legend Donnie Thompson, who pioneered “body tempering” as a heavier-duty upgrade over traditional foam rolling. Instead of body weight against a foam cylinder, body tempering uses a weighted cast-iron roller – slowly worked over a muscle, joint, or trigger point for one to two minutes – to deliver more intense soft-tissue mobilization without added pain. Rogue refined Thompson’s original prototypes into a 24” roller offered in 50 LB, 80 LB, and 110 LB versions, each powder-coated cast iron with recessed end handles for grip and control, and a color-coded center band (green, gray, yellow) for quick weight identification from across the gym.
