Farmers Walk

The Rogue Farmers Walk Handles are American-made strongman implements co-designed with Rob Orlando of Hybrid Athletics, built for the farmer’s carry – a full-body movement that trains grip and forearm endurance alongside the glutes, quads, calves, upper back, shoulders, and core. Each 60” handle is a 1.5” schedule-80 steel shaft with a 1” schedule-40 pipe grip section, finished in Rogue’s Signature Texture Black Powdercoat for traction and chalk retention, and rated to hold 400 lb of standard bumper or cast iron plates across 12” of loadable sleeve on each end (24” total). Unloaded, each handle weighs 21.5 lb (43 lb per pair). Reviewers consistently praise the sturdy welds and grip quality, though a few note the loading sleeve can be too narrow for standard spring collars – Rogue ships its own spring clamps to fit – and that the powder coat can flake with heavy long-term use.
