Front Foot Extension Pair

The REP Front Foot Extension Pair is a bolt-on stabilizer for REP’s PR-4000 and PR-5000 power racks, built from 3x3” 11-gauge steel and adding 26.1” to the base of each front upright. The extra footprint lets the rack stand stable without floor-bolting, and creates a second training station outside the rack – benching, dips, or presses off front-mounted spotter arms without ever moving the J-cups or safety pins inside the rack. Installation is a quick bolt-on with no rack modification required, and the extensions carry the same 1” (PR-5000) or 5/8” (PR-4000) hole pattern as REP’s other attachments, so landmine, band peg, and utility horn accessories mount directly to them. One independent hands-on confirms they also fit and function on a Rogue Monster rack with no modification, though REP’s matte powder-coat finish runs a notch below Rogue’s own half-rack feet in fit and finish.

What is a Rack Attachment?

What rack attachments are

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.

Compatibility comes first

An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

Youtube 4.5/5 1 reviews Basement Brandon ("REP to Rogue: Front Foot Stabilizer"): confirms the REP Front Foot Extension fits and works on a Rogue Monster rack with no modification needed, calling it "a great deal" at $99. Notes REP's matte/textured powder coat is a notch below Rogue's own half-rack feet in finish quality, and the Rogue part is 2-3" longer -- otherwise functionally equivalent.

The REP Front Foot Extension Pair is a simple, well-regarded way to stabilize a PR-4000 or PR-5000 rack without bolting it to the floor – GymRadar users rate it 4.9/5 (n=7), and the one independent hands-on we found confirms it works as advertised, including on a Rogue Monster rack with no modifications needed. Functionality is the standout dimension: reviewers consistently credit it with letting them train outside the rack (bench, dips, spotter arms) without changing J-cup or safety heights. Build quality is solid but unremarkable – 11-gauge 3x3” steel with a matte black finish that one reviewer rated a notch below Rogue’s equivalent part in fit and finish, and durability has no independent long-term reporting behind it.

  • +Functionality: lets you train outside the rack (bench, dips, presses, spotter arms) without moving J-cups or safety pins, confirmed working on both REP and Rogue racks (YouTube: Basement Brandon)
  • +Value: at $99.99 for the pair, it's a low-cost way to add rack stability versus floor-bolting or buying a heavier rack (REP product page)
  • +Build quality: 3x3" 11-gauge steel construction consistent with REP's rack-grade materials (REP product page)
  • +Functionality: bolt-on installation is quick, with no rack modification required (REP product page; Gym and Fitness AU)
  • +Versatility: compatible with landmine, band peg, and utility horn attachments in addition to spotter arms (Gym and Fitness AU)
  • Build quality: finish is a notch below the equivalent Rogue half-rack foot in the one independent comparison found -- REP's matte/textured powder coat versus Rogue's glossier coat, and the Rogue part runs 2-3" longer (YouTube: Basement Brandon)
  • Durability: no independent source has reported on long-term wear; all available ratings are self-hosted (manufacturer/retailer) rather than from long-term owners
  • Build quality: no formal editorial review with a scored narrative verdict exists -- coverage is a spec page, a retailer's own review widget, and one informal video
