FT-1 Functional Trainer

Rogue’s FT-1 Functional Trainer features (2) of our CT-1 Cable Tower stations linked together by (1) 43” Monster Crossmember at the bottom of the unit and (1) laser-cut Rogue branded Monster Nameplate Crossmember at the top. This modular, space-efficient unit was inspired by a configuration first devised by U.S. Navy Veteran and garage gym builder Nick Gills. By combining storage shelves [available at additional cost] between two CT-1 cable columns, users are able to gain tons of storage with dual cables in a relatively small footprint [90.4” x 47”]. The unit can be configured with up to 4 shelves in different varieties (DBs, KBs, bumpers) on the 100” uprights.
