Genesis Step

The GENESIS Step is designed to accommodate a wide range of motion for compound exercises through all planes of motion. The counterweighted step with hydraulic assist makes for easy adjustment. Swivel pulleys with 79.5 in / 201 cm cable travel for a single arm adds to the versatility for adding overhead presses to a step-up. Grip texture on the platform and step helps keep feet planted.
