Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The Rogue Jammer is a fixed pull-up bar attachment for Monster Lite racks and rigs: a 43-inch stringer with 3/8-inch laser-cut steel brackets and a 1.125-inch bar offered smooth or knurled (with a smooth 17.4-inch center). It bolts to any 43-inch span for a rock-solid overhead pulling station. Compare Rogue’s height-adjustable Monster Lite Adjustable Pull-up Bar or the single-bar Monster Lite Socket Pull-up Bar.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The Jammer is Rogue’s answer to the flimsy over-the-door bar, and the consensus across independent reviewers and Reddit is unusually one-sided: 0.375” laser-cut steel brackets and a 1.125” bar that multiple owners call “insanely solid” with zero flex, backed by an anti-rotation locking mechanism and fail-safe tabs that keep it from spinning or dropping. Garage Gym Reviews is the outlier, scoring it lower over its shallow 8.25” depth (which limits certain pull-up variations) and the lack of multi-grip stations that some cheaper doorway bars bundle in. At $95-195 depending on finish, it costs more than a big-box door bar, but for a permanent, gym-quality pulling station mounted above a doorway, reviewers across nearly every source agree it’s built to outlast the house it’s bolted to.
