Designed for training in the gym or out on the trail, the Rogue Log Sandbag is crafted from a combination of 1050D, 1000D, and 500D MIL-spec Cordura fabric for maximum durability. Designed to simulate log training, the Log Sandbag features four padded handles for versatility. It includes an integrated filler bag liner and an internal mesh system to stabilize the filler material during use, making it strong enough to endure the toughest workouts. Measuring 24” x 12” and weighing approximately 130LB when loaded with sand, this sandbag offers a unique training stimulus thanks to its larger diameter and loading capacity, setting it apart from typical sandbags.

A sandbag is a filled, multi-handle bag for odd-object strength and conditioning — cleans, carries, over-shoulder throws, and loaded squats. The shifting fill forces stabilizers to work in a way fixed implements don’t, and the soft load is forgiving to drop. Durability lives in the outer shell (1000D Cordura is the standard) and the handle count/placement; most bags use inner filler bags so one shell covers a range of weights.
