The Inspire Fitness M1 Multi-Gym is a compact home gym with limitless versatility. It is designed with a telescoping seat for posture and position variety and 6 different pulley positions for exercise variety. Equipped with a 165 lb weight stack which is within reach from the adjustable seat, you can make quick adjustments and move from one exercise to the next with ease. The M1 allows you to perform a wide range of exercises from chest presses, lat pulldowns, shoulder presses, to cable crossovers and more.
