Mark Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell
Introducing a special collaboration between celebrity trainer and kettlebell master Mark Wildman of Wildman Athletica and the trusted brand Bells of Steel. This special Adjustable Kettlebell can range from 12kg-32kg in 0.5kg increments, so you save money and space - no matter what exercises you (Turkish) get up to. Crafted like a competition-style kettlebell, the steel shell and iron weight plates keep the internal workings secure, so you don't have to worry about rattles and damage. With 41 weight increments in one kettlebell with the expansion pack, this bad boy replaces a full kettlebell set and saves over $700 compared to purchasing standalone competition kettlebells. The 20.5kg base includes the 12kg shell with 8.5kg of weight plates (1x 3kg, 2x 2kg, 1x 1kg & 1x 0.5kg), so you get 18 different increments with just the base model — yes, even that pesky 13kg! Add the 13kg expansion pack plates (2x 4kg, 1x 3kg, 1x 2 kg) for even more range. So get ready to swing, clean, and snatch your way to new records like never before with the Wildman Athletica/Bells of Steel kettlebell! BONUS: After your Wildman Kettlebell purchase, you'll receive a 20% off coupon via email for any Wildman Athletica Kettlebell program (excludes subscription programs).

Best Kettlebell for Your Home Gym — July 2026What is a Kettlebell?
What kettlebells are
A kettlebell is a cast-iron (or steel) ball with a handle, built for swings, cleans, snatches, presses, and carries — ballistic, full-body work a dumbbell doesn’t do as well. One or two bells cover a lot of conditioning and strength.
What actually matters
- Cast iron vs. competition. One-piece cast iron is the durable, affordable default. Competition (“comp”) bells are steel and share the SAME dimensions across every weight, so your technique doesn’t change as you go heavier — worth it for dedicated technique/girevoy work.
- Handle width & finish. Handle diameter and width decide grip comfort for two-hand swings vs. cleans; a smooth handle takes chalk well and won’t tear hands the way an overly rough powder coat can.
- Coating. Powder coat grips well but varies in roughness; e-coat is smooth and rust-resistant; bare handles need chalk.
- Single vs. adjustable. An adjustable kettlebell saves space and money if you want a range, but adds bulk and can feel less balanced than a fixed bell.
- What to buy first. Common starting points are ~16 kg (35 lb) for many men and ~8-12 kg for many women — then add a heavier and a lighter bell as you progress.
Who it’s for
Anyone who wants conditioning, posterior-chain power, and loaded carries without a rack. Start with one well-sized cast-iron bell; add weights or a competition set as your training demands.
