Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
A plate-loaded power rack attachment (Mikolo’s LR01) that turns a squat rack or power cage into a standing lateral raise and chest fly machine, mounting onto 2”x2”, 2”x3”, or 3”x3” uprights with 1” holes. A rear mechanical linkage keeps continuous tension through the movement – unlike a plain dumbbell lateral raise, which loses resistance at the bottom – and a multi-angle pop-pin system lets you set where that tension starts. Switch between lateral raise and chest fly with a single pin adjustment, and the arms also handle rear delt fly and one-arm front raise. Reviewers rate the lateral raise highly – “almost more like a traditional standing lateral raise machine” – but note the chest fly is the secondary movement: it doesn’t build real resistance until 35-45 degrees into the range, so it won’t fully replace a dedicated pec-deck. It takes standard Olympic plates up to about 90 lbs per arm, needs roughly 30” of clearance for a full range of motion, and mounting or removing it takes about 30 seconds each way – fine for a fixed setup, less convenient if you plan to swap it on and off often.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The LR01 delivers on its core promise: a plate-loaded, rack-mounted lateral raise that feels like a real standing shoulder machine, at a fraction of the cost and floor space of one. Functionality is the standout — the multi-angle pop-pin system lets you dial in tension at the bottom of the movement, something dumbbell lateral raises can’t offer, and the arms are versatile enough for rear delt fly and front raise variations. Value is strong too, at roughly $300 for two distinct movement patterns. The weakest dimension is versatility as a chest fly machine specifically — reviewers agree the pec-fly resistance curve is secondary to the lateral raise, with little tension until 35-45 degrees into the movement, so buyers chasing a genuine pec-deck substitute may be disappointed even though the lateral raise alone justifies the price.
