Monster Lite Rack Mount Leg Roller

The Monster Lite Rack Mount Leg Roller connects to any Rogue Monster Lite 3x3” upright and locks in at your preferred height with a 0.625” detent pin, eliminating the wobble of doing single-leg work off a bench or box. A heavy-duty, urethane-coated, vinyl-upholstered foot pad – 5” in diameter and 13” across – supports Bulgarian split squats, single-leg squats, Nordic hamstring curls, and glute/ham work, with reviewers also finding creative upper-body uses like preacher curls. At 10 lb it mounts and stores easily, and it’s assembled in Columbus, Ohio with an MG Black powder coat finish. It only fits Monster Lite uprights – a Monster Lite to Infinity retrofit kit is sold separately for other rack families – and Rogue doesn’t publish a weight capacity for it.

What is a Rack Attachment?

What rack attachments are

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.

Compatibility comes first

An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The Monster Lite Rack Mount Leg Roller is a well-regarded accessory for single-leg work — Bulgarian split squats, Nordic curls, glute/ham raises — that mounts to any Monster Lite 3x3” upright and locks in with a detent pin instead of wobbling like a standalone bench setup. Its standout dimension is build quality: reviewers independently praise the firm-but-cushioned pad (“almost like memory foam… but still firm”) and call the construction “overbuilt.” Its weakest dimension is versatility of fit: it only works with Monster Lite uprights, and a side-by-side comparison found a newer competitor roller longer, denser, and with better spin at a similar price.

  • +Build quality: firm, well-cushioned pad — "almost like memory foam... but still firm" (YouTube: Stealth Strength)
  • +Functionality: attaches directly to the rack upright and locks in place, eliminating the wobble of doing single-leg work off a bench (YouTube: Basement Brandon)
  • +Versatility: supports Bulgarian split squats, single-leg squats, Nordic hamstring curls, glute/ham work, and even preacher curls (manufacturer, Garage Gym Reviews)
  • +Build quality: made in the USA, MG Black powder coat finish, 0.625" detent pin for tool-free height adjustment (manufacturer)
  • +Value: lightweight at 10 lbs and easy to store when not mounted (Garage Gym Reviews)
  • Versatility: only compatible with Rogue Monster Lite 3x3" uprights, not standard Monster or other rack systems (Garage Gym Reviews)
  • Value: priced higher than competing leg roller attachments, and one reviewer found a same-price competitor roller longer, denser, and with better spin (Garage Gym Reviews; YouTube: Basement Brandon)
  • Durability: weight capacity is not disclosed anywhere on the manufacturer's listing (Garage Gym Reviews)
