Monster Rack Mount 4-Bar Hanger

he Monster 4-Bar Hanger is a vertical barbell storage attachment designed exclusively for use with our Rogue Monster Series rigs and racks. A set of black zinc Monster Bolt Assemblies are included for set-up. Made in the USA from laser-cut and formed steel, the 4-Bar Hanger has mounting holes spaced 16” on center, making the attachment compatible with any of our 24”, 30”, or 43” Monster crossmembers. We’ve included UHMW plastic linings on the back and base of the hanger to protect your barbell and collars from contact damage, and additional UHMW on the lip/edge of each slot to ensure the stability and security of the stored bar.

Storage keeps a home gym safe, tidy, and usable: weight-plate trees and pegs, barbell holders (vertical or horizontal), dumbbell and kettlebell shelves, and wall or rack-mounted organizers. Loose plates and bars on the floor are a trip-and-damage hazard; storage reclaims space and protects your equipment.

What to consider

Match storage to what you own (plate diameter, number of bars, dumbbell count) and your space — wall-mounted units and rack-hung storage save floor area, while free-standing trees move easily. Check the weight capacity and, for wall units, that you can anchor into studs.
