Monster Single Bar Holder

The Monster version of our space-efficient Single Bar Holder includes 1-inch bolts and fasteners, with mounting plate holes 6” on center. Attached to any Monster Series rig, rack, or squat stand, the Bar Holder's 7-inch steel storage tube will work with most standard Olympic barbells, stabilizing the bar upright and protecting its knurling from unnecessary wear and tear.

What to consider

Match storage to what you own (plate diameter, number of bars, dumbbell count) and your space — wall-mounted units and rack-hung storage save floor area, while free-standing trees move easily. Check the weight capacity and, for wall units, that you can anchor into studs.
