The Rogue Multi Belt is a USA-made belt-squat belt built around a 6”-wide, 0.75”-thick foam frame with a breathable spacer-mesh interior. Five steel D-rings at each end let it adjust from 44” to 60” overall length in 4” increments, so one belt fits a wide range of body sizes – a dynamic value for gyms with multiple lifters. Designed as the standard companion belt for Rogue’s Rhino belt squat machines, it’s just as usable for weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, weighted chin-ups, or rigging odd weights like kettlebells and dumbbells via chain. At 2 lbs and $95, it’s a lighter, more size-flexible alternative to fixed-length belt-squat belts.

What is a Miscellaneou?

What’s in Miscellaneous

This is the catch-all for the conditioning tools and accessories that don’t fit a single equipment class — weighted vests and plate carriers, medicine and slam balls, plyo boxes, ab mats, and the odds and ends that round out a garage gym. Items land here because their job (loaded carries, jumps, core work) cuts across the categories rather than sitting neatly inside one.

Who it’s for

Anyone filling in the gaps around the big pieces. If you already have a rack, bar, and plates, this is where you find the vest for rucking and weighted push-ups, the ball for slams and wall throws, or the box for step-ups and box jumps. Match the tool to the training you actually do — a plate carrier for conditioning and rucking, plyo boxes for explosive work — rather than buying the whole shelf.

Retailer 3.9/5 33 reviews
Youtube 4.2/5 2 reviews 2 videos considered. 'Rogue Multi Belt Review - Best Belt Squat Belt?' (Honest Drew) is wholly positive: the padding distributes hip/groin load well enough to avoid chafing ('tiger stripes'), and the $95 price is called worth it. 'Spud inc vs Rogue Belt Squat Belt' (MAC Strength & Performance) praises the Rogue's comfort for smaller lifters/lighter loads but reports the belt audibly stretching/creaking under a near-max 635 lb load, prompting a switch back to a Spud Inc belt for heavy work (no visible tear found).

The Multi Belt earns strong marks for functionality and versatility – its five D-ring settings (44” to 60”) let it double as a belt-squat belt, a weighted-dip belt, and a pull-up belt, and GymRadar’s independent sample (4.21/5 across 8 reviews) backs up the enthusiasm found in dedicated YouTube coverage, which praises how the USA-made foam frame spreads load away from the hips and groin to avoid chafing. Durability is the softer spot: one reviewer pushing 635 lbs reported the belt audibly stretching under load and switched back to a Spud Inc belt for max-effort work, even though no visible tear appeared. At $95, most buyers still call it worth the money for belt-squat and dip work at moderate loads, though the thick padding isn’t to everyone’s taste at full squat depth.

  • +Functionality: five D-ring settings adjust the belt from 44" to 60" for a custom fit across users (Rogue manufacturer page)
  • +Versatility: works for belt squats, weighted dips, pull-ups, and chin-ups, not just squat machines (Rogue manufacturer page; YouTube: Honest Drew)
  • +Build quality: USA-made XLPE foam frame with steel D-rings and nylon webbing distributes load to avoid hip/groin chafing ('tiger stripes') (YouTube: Honest Drew)
  • +Value: at $95, one independent reviewer calls it worth the money for safely adding leg-training volume (YouTube: Honest Drew)
  • Durability: under a near-max 635 lb load, one reviewer heard the belt audibly stretch/creak and switched back to a Spud Inc belt for heavy work (YouTube: MAC Strength & Performance)
  • Build quality: some manufacturer-site reviewers find the 6" padding too thick, hindering movement at full squat depth (Rogue manufacturer page reviews)
  • Value: no carabiner or chain is included, an added cost some customers found frustrating (Rogue manufacturer page reviews)
