Regardless of user height or which lifting or lunging exercise, the GENESIS Multi-Plane Lift has vertically adjustable handle arms for a precise fit for the movement. The low-profile platform is textured for secure foot placement when moving or stepping off the machine. Swivel pulleys and ample cable travel allow for compound and dynamic movements like a single leg RDL to a row off the platform.
