The Paramount PFT-150 Functional Trainer by Paramount Fitness has two large movable arms. These arms move in two planes to create a wide range of exercises. The selectorized weight stack runs off a pulley and cable system. The exercise placard shows the basic operations of the machine, as well as the muscle groups involved.
