PHOENIX PENDULUM SQUAT

The Phoenix immediately stands out from other pendulum squat racks on the market. Here's why. The spotter arm, usually at the side of most pendulum squat platforms, locks the Phoenix in its upright position by the forward rotation of the front grip. Another safety feature, the adjustable rubber stop at the base of the machine, allows athletes to lower the pendulum within four inches of the floor--if the load is too heavy--and still move out from underneath it without the risk of injury.
