The Plate Loaded Low Back Extension provides an easy set up with multiple starting range adjustments, 8 shin pad adjustments, fixed seat and low back pad to accommodate a variety of different users and body types. Like all of our Plate Loaded machines, it is equipped with our SmartStrength Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
