At nearly half the shipping weight of many traditional parallettes on the market, this set is a great option for a growing garage gym or for trainers and coaches looking for a solid, portable alternative. Though each Rogue Formed Parallette weighs only 7LB, they produce a stable, dependable platform (13.5" above the ground) for any of the standard, simulated parallel bar movements—push-ups, dips, L-sits, V-sits, planches, handstand push-ups, deficit handstand push-ups, and more. A textured, black powder coat finish also ensures a firm, comfortable grip throughout a workout.
