Ruck Plate Carrier 3.0

Version 3.0 of the GORUCK Plate Carrier™ (RPC) keeps the streamlined design and 1000D Cordura construction of the previous model while rolling out several new features, including a padded grab-and-go top handle and thicker padding on the top of the plate pocket for added protection during dynamic movements. The RPC 3.0 also introduces improved ergonomic lumbar support padding, a wider sternum strap (to better disperse heavy loads), and a less abrasive fabric on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps–meaning athletes can train shirtless with no worries about friction burn.
