Ghost Roller J-Cup
The RX3 Tornado Pivot Arms are Get RXd’s patent-pending functional-trainer trolley attachment for its RX3 series of 3”x3” uprights. Each arm mounts to the upright with a 1” aluminum pop pin and offers 4-way adjustability: 180 degrees of horizontal swing across 7 positions, 90 degrees of vertical tilt across 7 more, and a 360-degree swiveling cable outlet, for 49 total positions per arm. That range lets the arms angle out for chest flys, in toward the center for shoulder shrugs, or straight overhead for lat pulldowns – movements a fixed-height cable tower can’t reach. The arms are aluminum with stainless-steel hardware and a UHMW-padded clasp that keeps metal from contacting the upright as the trolley slides. Independent reviewers rate the resulting cable feel and versatility highly, but flag the original (1.0) trolley as heavy at 27 lb per arm and difficult to slide upward without rollers – Get RXd later released a Tornado Trolley 2.0 upgrade specifically to add rollers and fix that complaint.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The Tornado Pivot Arms are the standout accessory in Get RXd’s RX3 ecosystem — a 49-position functional-trainer trolley that independent reviewers call some of the most versatile cable arms on the market, with Functionality and Versatility clearly the strongest dimensions (49 adjustable positions, smooth pulleys, and range of motion that beats fixed-height cable towers). The weakest dimension is Build quality: at 27 lbs per arm, the original (1.0) trolley has no rollers and takes real two-handed effort to slide upward, a flaw Get RXd addressed with a paid 2.0 roller upgrade rather than fixing outright.
