Saxon Grips are a molded rubber attachment that converts a standard barbell, loadable dumbbell, cable attachment, or pull-up bar into a 3”x3” pinch-grip trainer – the same grip challenge as a dedicated Saxon bar, without needing to own one. Sold in pairs, they snap securely onto existing equipment for pinch lifting, suitcase deadlifts, farmer carries, curls, and clean-and-press work, and are compact enough to store in a gym bag rather than taking up rack space.

The pads are injection-molded, high-density rubber – the same construction and material AbMat uses for its Fat Gripz – and are made in the USA. Saxon Grips were invented by strongman/grip athlete Eric Eccles and co-developed with the AbMat team, growing out of Eccles’ own grip-strength training.
