Available in 3 dimensions (2x5, 3x4, 2.5 x 5) and 5 lengths (12”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”). Can be utilized as a pinch block or doing various cable based movements while utilizing both widths of bar. The multi hole connector allows different vectors of pull to overload various aspects of the forearm/hand.
