Reviewers and video testers consistently single out that bearing system as the standout feature: in a timed handle-spin test against the SR-2 and SR-3, the SR-1 spun the longest, and a CrossFit coach who tested it head-to-head against five other ropes named it the best overall option for beginners and competitors alike.
