Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
Titan’s T-3 Series J-Hooks are the standard barbell holder that ships with the T-3 Series Power Rack, sold separately for owners who need a spare or replacement pair. Installation is hardware-free – insert the pin into the upright and rotate the hook down to lock – and each pair combines an 11-gauge steel frame with UHMW plastic lining on the backplate, lip, and frame to protect a bar’s knurling and keep rack contact quiet. Rated for 2,600 lbs combined, well past what a home lifter will load onto them. Garage Gym Reviews, in its broader T-3 Power Rack review, called the stock J-cups “average at best” – solid and functional, but a step below the roller or sandwich hooks Titan also sells for the T-3 platform. They fit only T-3 Series racks with 2”x3” uprights and 11/16” holes.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

Titan’s standard T-3 J-Hooks do the basic job a barbell holder needs to do – a no-hardware pin-and-rotate install, 11-gauge steel with UHMW plastic lining on the backplate, lip, and frame, and a 2,600 lb combined capacity that’s far beyond what a home lifter will load onto them, all of which point to solid build quality and durability on paper. The one piece of genuinely hook-specific independent feedback found, from Garage Gym Reviews, calls the stock J-cups “average at best” against an otherwise strong T-3 rack (4.3/5 overall) – so functionality reads as adequate rather than exceptional. Versatility is the weakest dimension: these are the base-tier hook, sold separately or bundled with the rack, with no roller or sandwich upgrades, and they only fit T-3 Series racks with 2”x3” uprights.
