The Volcano

The revolutionary 250LB Volcano is a plate-loadable steel tire flip + yoke training implement that can (a) effectively activate the same muscles used in flipping a tractor tire, (b) reduce many of the safety and storage hazards of full-scale tires, and (c) enable adjustable weight distribution for a truly customized workout. Made in the USA from 3x3” and 2x3” steel tubing, the complete triangular Volcano unit creates a 69” x 48” footprint, doing the potential work of several strongman tires while occupying a fraction of the space.
