The extra-long Tombstone Strongman™ Bag is one of several new shape variations added to our line-up of funnel-filled, portable sandbags for strongman training (see also: the "Cube," the "Block," the "Cyclone," and the original cylindrical model). Made in America from 1000D MIL Spec Cordura, each of these customizable weight training bags includes reinforced, double-stitched seams and a built-in filler bag with a convenient zipper and hook-and-loop closure. This secure, heavy-duty design ensures that your filler material stays fully contained as you work through your regimen (the filler material itself is not included).

A sandbag is a filled, multi-handle bag for odd-object strength and conditioning — cleans, carries, over-shoulder throws, and loaded squats. The shifting fill forces stabilizers to work in a way fixed implements don’t, and the soft load is forgiving to drop. Durability lives in the outer shell (1000D Cordura is the standard) and the handle count/placement; most bags use inner filler bags so one shell covers a range of weights.
