Ghost Roller J-Cup
Titan Fitness’s X-3 Series Adjustable Monolift Attachment turns an X-3 Series power rack into a stripped-down monolift: a pair of J-hooks that pin and rotate into place with no hardware, then swing back automatically on a counterweight once the bar is unracked. That lets a lifter set up, unrack, and re-rack squats or bench presses in place instead of walking the bar out – handy for solo lifters or anyone rotating through a rack with a training partner. UHMW liners on the 3/4-inch-thick steel jaws protect both bar knurling and the rack’s uprights, and it runs about half the price of Rogue’s equivalent attachment.
It’s a real step down from a true monolift or Rogue’s version, though. An independent YouTube review found the welds on this safety-rated part looked “too clean” – thinner than expected – with hooks that rattle even when bolted tight, and a shortened range of motion that still causes bar-path collisions on both squats and bench for lifters without a very straight setup. A separate written review echoes concerns about weld security for elite-level loads and a powder coat no more durable than the base X-3 rack’s. It only fits Titan’s X-3 Series racks (3x3in uprights), and Titan recommends bolting the rack to the floor before using it.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

Titan’s X-3 Adjustable Monolift Attachment lets a lifter unrack the bar with a quick counterweighted swing instead of walking it out, at roughly half the price of Rogue’s equivalent. Its standout dimension is value: at $199.97-$264.99 it undercuts Rogue’s monolift by about 2x, and GymRadar owners rate it 4.89/5, though that sample is thin (3 reviews). Its weakest dimension is build quality — a detailed independent YouTube review flags welds that look “too clean” for a load-bearing safety part, hooks that rattle even when bolted tight, and a shortened range of motion that causes bar-path collisions on both squats and bench, concluding the reviewer would not buy it again. A second written review echoes the weld and powder-coat concerns while still liking the thick UHMW-lined hooks. Buyers should weigh the strong GymRadar score against this more skeptical independent coverage before treating it as a true monolift substitute.
