The Rogue Y-1 Yoke is the shortest unit in Rogue’s Y-Series, built in Columbus, Ohio from 2”x3” 11-gauge steel and marketed as “Yoke, Squat Stand, & Sled: All-In-One.” At 72” tall with a 50”x48” footprint, it fits under a standard 7’ or 8’ garage ceiling where a 90”+ power rack would hit the rafters, and it stores flat against a wall when disassembled. The two uprights and four skid feet (with built-in plate-storage posts) carry a 750+ lb rated capacity, use Westside hole spacing and 5/8” hardware, and ship with a pair of J-cups for barbell work, making the unit double as a squat stand, bench-press station, and push sled alongside its core role as a strongman carrying yoke. It’s compatible with Rogue’s Infinity and Monster Lite attachment ecosystem, though the 2”x3” upright profile rules out true Monster (3”x3”) attachments.
