Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
Stray Dog Strength’s Alpha Single Utility Roller is a multi-use leg roller that mounts to any 1” rack hole with a single zinc-plated threaded pin and adjustable nut, rather than the bracket-and-hitch-pin mount used on Stray Dog’s Dual Utility Roller. That mount lets it stick straight out from the upright, opening up movements a bracket-mounted roller can’t do – hip thrusts and 45-degree hyper extensions – on top of the usual split squats, Nordic curls, and, paired with Stray Dog’s GOAT attachment, leg extensions and hamstring curls. The 18” pad is available in a black injection-molded finish or nine upholstered colors, and it’s handmade in Columbus, Ohio. It does not fit non-1” holes (5/8”, 3/4”, etc.).

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

Two independent reviewers who’d used other leg rollers before came away impressed: Basement Brandon rates the Alpha above his previous favorite, the Rogue Monster leg roller, for the same secure, wobble-free rack attachment plus a longer, denser roller with noticeably better spin, while Kurtis calls it “a solid piece at a good price.” Its standout dimension is versatility – the single threaded-pin mount lets it stick straight out from the upright rather than needing a bracket, opening up hip thrusts and 45-degree hyper extensions that a bracket-mounted roller can’t do, on top of split squats, Nordic curls, and leg extensions/hamstring curls when paired with Stray Dog’s GOAT attachment. The weakest dimension is durability – neither independent video covers long-term wear, and the only extended-use signal is the manufacturer’s own 21 on-site reviews (all 5-star, so not independently verified).
