The ATX Parallel Row Handle can be used for heavy-duty rows, presses, pulls and other core rotational exercises. This narrow rowing handle fits almost any Olympic barbell and can be used in combination with core trainers such as the ATX Landmine or ATX Post Landmine. The shape of this handle allows a larger range of motion because the weight plates are not in the way. The handle is equipped with knurling for a secure grip.
