Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The Ultimate Dip Attachment (UDA) is a rack-mounted dip station co-developed by Mutant Metals and Rogue Fitness – the frame is laser-cut and robotically welded by Rogue, then finished by Mutant Metals with welded end caps and custom powder-coat colors. It converts a compatible 3x3” Monster or Monster Lite upright into a dip station using a single mounting pin (1” for Monster, 5/8” for Monster Lite), and its removable, knurled handles slide into three width positions – roughly 11.5” to 28.5” combined – while holding a consistent 30-degree angle so lifters of different sizes can dial in a comfortable grip. UHMW plastic lines every contact point to protect both the attachment and the rack upright, including while the handles are pulled and the unit is flipped down into its built-in storage mode. It’s rated to 550 lbs and available in a handful of powder-coat colors with matte black or stainless steel handle finishes.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

The UDA is a rack-mounted dip attachment co-developed by Mutant Metals and Rogue – laser-cut and robotically welded by Rogue, then finished by Mutant Metals in custom colors. Build quality is the standout: an 11-gauge, 2x2” welded steel frame with UHMW on every contact point, real knurled handles (not just powder coat), and three handle-width positions spanning roughly 11.5” to 28.5” so it fits a range of shoulder widths. Independent reviewers are consistently glowing – one owner rates it “the best dip attachment I have used” after a full year of loaded dips with no flex or wear, and a head-to-head against Rogue’s own Velocidor found the UDA lighter, easier to install, and requiring only a single mounting hole. The weakest dimension is value: at $360-365, reviewers agree it only “earns its price” for lifters who program weighted dips seriously – casual users are better served by a basic attachment.
