Competition Speed Rope

EP’s Competition Speed Rope is durable, adjustable, and ideal for double-unders and more advanced jump roping. This rope features ball bearing handle mechanisms that create a swivel point for quick and smooth movement. The rope will last, made from rubber-coated, galvanized steel strand. It does not tangle during use or even out of the packaging. This rope is great for cross-training and HIIT-style workouts. It’s quick and simple to adjust. Change the length of the rope easily with just your hand. It features 5.9”, soft, knurled handles that are tapered, making them easy to grip and hold onto. The rope is 9.8’ long and is accented by a REP Fitness logo. Select either silver or black handles, depending on your style.
