It starts with a 28.5mm, 200,000 PSI stainless steel shaft – 20.5” long overall with 6.75” of loadable sleeve, the longest of any loadable dumbbell Rogue sells – riding on bronze bushings with a snap-ring design. The stainless sleeves go through a proprietary surface-hardening finish rather than a plating, which improves corrosion, impact, and abrasion resistance while letting the knurl hold its originally cut feel longer than a coated finish would. The bare handle weighs 14 lb (15 lb with its included collar); Rogue backs it with a lifetime warranty and manufactures it in Columbus, Ohio.
