The Rogue Dog Sled 1.2 is a compact, US-made power sled for push, pull, and speed training on concrete, turf, or rubber. It’s built from 2x3” 11-gauge steel tubing and a 1/4” plate steel base, ships with a pair of removable 3-foot push poles sized for both high and low push stances, and has been battle-tested in CrossFit Games competition. Compared to a traditional prowler, its smaller footprint concentrates more resistance into the plates you already own, and holes in the skis make it compatible with a wide range of bolt-on attachments — Low Bar, High Bar, Double Handle, Lawn Boy, Wheelbarrow, and more — sold separately.

The Rogue Dog Sled 1.2 is a compact, US-made power sled built from 2x3” 11-gauge steel tubing and a 1/4” plate steel base, battle-tested in CrossFit Games competition. Build quality and durability are the standout: independent reviewers point to the 11-gauge steel construction and Rogue’s limited lifetime warranty as evidence it will hold up to years of garage-floor abuse, and its smaller footprint than a traditional prowler lets you load the plates you already own more efficiently. Value is the weak point — the $335 base price doesn’t include a strap/harness or any of the dozen attachments (Low Bar, High Bar, Double Handle, Lawn Boy, Wheelbarrow, and more), so a fully-optioned setup adds up quickly, and it can be loud on hard surfaces without the optional plastic skis. A strong pick for CrossFit-style push/pull/drag training in a garage gym willing to pay for attachments piecemeal.

  • +Build quality: 2x3" 11-gauge steel tubing and a 1/4" plate steel base, made in the USA and battle-tested in CrossFit Games competition (Rogue Fitness; Garage Gym Reviews)
  • +Durability: 11-gauge steel construction backed by a limited lifetime warranty (Garage Gym Reviews)
  • +Functionality: smaller footprint than a traditional prowler/speed sled, so you get more work out of the plates you already own on concrete, turf, or rubber (Rogue Fitness; Garage Gym Reviews)
  • +Versatility: compatible with a dozen bolt-on attachments — Low Bar, High Bar, Double Handle, Lawn Boy, Wheelbarrow, Wraparound Rail, and more — for push, pull, and drag variations (Rogue Fitness; Garage Gym Reviews)
  • Value: $335 base price excludes a strap/harness and every attachment, so a fully-outfitted sled costs considerably more (Rogue Fitness; Garage Gym Reviews)
  • Value: shipping is charged separately on top of the base price (Garage Gym Reviews)
  • Functionality: can be loud on hard surfaces unless the optional plastic ski kit is added (Garage Gym Reviews)
  • Durability: little independent long-term ownership data beyond the manufacturer's own testing and one editorial review (thin coverage)
