Buy NowThe EVO MXWS is MX Select’s dedicated stand for its EVO rapid-change dumbbell system, sized to accept the EVO MX55, MX70-100, and MX100 cradles. It ships flat-packed and assembles by bolting on a rear leg and a top cross brace, then bolting both dumbbell cradles to the top of the frame. The wide-base layout is meant to let you stand directly over the dumbbells when un-racking them, though owners who’ve lived with it note the base could stand to be wider still – it’s possible to get it shifting even on stall mats, and re-racking at an angle can feel tight.

Storage keeps a home gym safe, tidy, and usable: weight-plate trees and pegs, barbell holders (vertical or horizontal), dumbbell and kettlebell shelves, and wall or rack-mounted organizers. Loose plates and bars on the floor are a trip-and-damage hazard; storage reclaims space and protects your equipment.
Match storage to what you own (plate diameter, number of bars, dumbbell count) and your space — wall-mounted units and rack-hung storage save floor area, while free-standing trees move easily. Check the weight capacity and, for wall units, that you can anchor into studs.

The EVO MXWS is a straightforward companion stand for MX Select’s EVO dumbbell cradles, and both independent voices found for it converge on the same weak spot: the base isn’t quite wide or planted enough. A GymRadar owner says it’s easy to get shifting even on stall mats, and a YouTube reviewer who lived with it for a month wished it were “a bit wider” after struggling to line up at an angle. Build quality and construction are solid powder-coated steel, but functionality and value both come back to that same stability complaint rather than any single design flaw.
