The trap hex bar weight is 27kg unloaded and made of ultra-durable Q235 steel which is known for its toughness, a great quality for a bar that can be used for up to 400kg load. To ensure you’ll be able to maintain a firm grip, the knurling is medium. This Olympic trap bar features 32.5cm of loadable sleeves for maximum weight, and the sleeves have a diameter of 50mm. With a total of 160cm in length, it’s ideal for smaller training spaces like basements or garages, while it's still long enough to be placed on a rack. You can choose between two handle heights by simply flipping the hex bar over.
