KORIKAHM’s Adjustable Attachments is a budget cable-machine spreader bar built for lat pulldowns, seated/standing rows, and (with separately-purchased ankle attachments) lying leg curls — it attaches to any cable pulley machine and is often described as a cheaper alternative to Prime Fitness’s spreader arms. The bar’s spread width adjusts from 18” down to 9” in 1” increments, letting a lifter vary the angle and range of motion on back work.
Independent coverage is thin and split. One long-term owner calls it “sturdy and well made” after roughly a year of regular use across pulldowns, rows, and leg curls. A second reviewer received a unit that arrived rusted from the factory with an unevenly-set ball bearing, and found the arms hit a hard stop well short of full extension — enough that they would not recommend it, while acknowledging the issue may be inconsistent quality control rather than a universal defect. GymRadar’s own small owner sample (n=3) backs up the quality-control concern, rating build quality and performance as the weakest of its tracked dimensions.
The bar ships bare — handles/paddles and ankle straps for the full range of exercises are sold separately.

Cable attachments are the handles and bars that clip to a cable machine, functional trainer, or lat/row station to change the exercise — lat bars, triceps ropes, single-D handles, row/close-grip handles, ankle straps, and more. A small set of them turns one cable stack into dozens of movements.
A rotating swivel or ball-bearing joint keeps the cable from twisting and lets the handle track your arm; comfortable, durable grips (knurled metal, rubber, or coated nylon) survive heavy use; and a standard carabiner or snap fits most machines. Match the attachment to the exercises you actually train rather than buying a giant kit you won’t use.

Reviews for this budget cable-attachment spreader bar diverge sharply. GymRadar’s own small owner sample (n=3) rates it just 2.45/5 overall, dragged down by build quality (1.67/5) and performance (2.00/5) even as value scores comparatively well (3.67/5). Independent video reviews split the same way: one long-term owner calls it “sturdy and well made” after about a year of lat pulldowns, rows, and leg curls, while another received a unit with factory rust and an unevenly-set ball bearing, and found the arms hit a hard stop well short of full extension. Functionality is solid on paper — width adjusts from 18” down to 9” in 1” increments — but quality control appears inconsistent, and durability is the biggest open question given how thin independent coverage still is.
