Details The Leg Hold Down Roller for 2000 series cable towers inserts into the front 2"x2" (50x50mm) upright and can serve as a leg holder for lat pulls or rest your foot on top for bulgarian split squats. it features 2 dense foam rollers, an aluminum pop pin for adjusting between 4 various angle positions, and protective lining inside the clasp to prevent metal to metal contact with your 2000 series upright. The 4 angle positions allow you to easily transition between exercises (from lat pull to bulgarian split squat) or adjust the height of the leg holders to match the seat you put underneath it for lat pulls.
