If you want 1" hole spacing throughout the entire rack, you need both Lowered J-cups 2.0 and Standard J-cups; when setting up to lift, pick one or the other, depending on the exact height needed. These cups are lowered 1” below the standard 5000 Series J-cups so they fill in the gaps between the normal 2" hole spacing. They feature a soft, textured, protective lining on the front, bottom, and back of the cup that shields both the bar and the uprights. The bottom lining is one piece, to prevent the rotation of the liners. These cups don’t move while in use, unlike other J-cups. Hardware is also recessed to protect the barbell. The cups are heavy duty, tough enough to handle 1,000lbs of weight. Yet they are lightweight, at only 4.9lbs each.
