MAG Medium Grip Neutral

The MAG Medium Grip Neutral (MN004) is a paddle-style cable-machine handle that holds the wrists in a neutral, palms-facing position from the start of the pull. Its curved shape contours to the hand across a roughly 22” width, spreading the grip load across the palm instead of the fingers so lats and rows can run through a fuller stretch-to- contraction range with less forearm fatigue than a straight bar or D-handle.
