Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
The Rogue Monster Lite Kids Pull-up Bar is an adjustable pull-up bar built exclusively for Rogue’s Monster Lite 3x3” rack and rig line, giving shorter athletes their own bar instead of lifting them to an adult bar or having them stand on a box. It uses the same pin-and-hinge system as Rogue’s ML J-Cups, so it can be repositioned anywhere inside a 43” span of the rack/rig – from knee-high up to 7 feet – without a second bar permanently bolted to the uprights.
The bar itself is 1” schedule-40 pipe in 7-gauge steel, 1.25” in diameter and 39” long, tested to a 500 lb weight capacity, and made in the USA. It’s compatible only with the Monster Lite series, not Rogue’s other rig lines. Feedback is generally positive on durability and value, though a handful of owners report noticeable side-to-side play once mounted.

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

A dedicated pull-up bar for younger athletes on a Rogue Monster Lite rack, using the same pin-and-hinge system as the ML J-Cups so it repositions anywhere inside a 43” span — no permanent second bar bolted to the uprights. Build quality is the standout: 1” schedule-40, 7-gauge steel rated to 500 lbs, and a hands-on video of the same Monster Lite accessory family reports it “rock solid” with no cracking or bending. Versatility is the weakest dimension — it only works inside the Monster Lite ecosystem, and a handful of owners describe noticeable side-to-side play once mounted, with one calling out that the bar sat “not quite perpendicular to the upright.” For a family garage gym already on Monster Lite, it’s a simple, inexpensive way to give kids their own adjustable bar.
