Ghost Strong
Ghost Roller J-Cup
A reconfigurable trolley-and-lever-arm attachment for Rogue Monster Series racks that turns a power rack into a machine-style pressing/pulling station without tools. Version 2.0 replaces the original friction-sleeve trolley with four acetal rollers and a spring-loaded trigger mechanism (inspired by the Browning 50 Cal design), so the arm slides and locks at a new upright height in seconds instead of requiring a wrench. Each kit includes a trolley and two lever arms built from 3x3” 11-gauge steel, available in 48” standard or 35” short lengths, with knurled stainless steel handles and a stainless weight post. An optional key locks the arms in the down position so they double as standard uprights, and rubber bumpers protect the rack’s finish. Supports incline presses, rack pulls, squats, deadlifts, rows, snatches, and lunges — all on the same rack, without dedicated machines. Exclusively compatible with Rogue Monster Series 3x3” uprights; the rack must be bolted to the ground before use, and standard barbell collars won’t fit the weight post (axle-style collars required).

Rack attachments bolt or pin onto a power rack or squat stand to expand what it can do — J-cups and safety arms/straps (the essentials), plus dip bars, a landmine, a lat pulldown, weight-plate storage, roller J-cups, and more. They turn a rack into a whole gym.
An attachment must match your rack’s upright size (2x2, 2x3, or 3x3) and hole pattern/hardware (e.g. 5/8-in vs 1-in holes, Westside spacing). Attachments are usually series-specific — a Monster Lite J-cup won’t fit an Echo upright — so confirm the fit before buying.

Rogue’s second-generation Monster lever arm system swaps the old friction-sleeve trolley for a roller-and-trigger mechanism borrowed from the Browning 50 Cal design, and independent reviewers are consistent that it shows: Garage Gym Reviews calls it “one of their best engineered pieces of equipment” tested, and a separate YouTube reviewer names it outright “the best attachment for a rack that you can buy.” Build quality is the standout dimension across every source — tight tolerances, acetal roller bushings, and a tool-free trigger adjustment that multiple reviewers rate above older friction-bracket designs and close to (if not quite as buttery as) Sorinex’s competing arms. Value is the weakest dimension: at roughly $1,230, reviewers consistently note it only pays off with committed regular use, and both Garage Gym Reviews and The Jungle Gym Reviews flag that a usable pressing feel realistically needs another $300-500 in aftermarket brackets and handles on top of the base price. GymRadar’s own small user sample rates it notably cooler than the editorial reviews, which is worth weighing if you’re on the fence about the investment.
